We have an AX retail POS applicaiton which is being using in different geographies like North America and Europe.
The users in Europe are facing a problem with displaying lables in UI of the POS but the same lables are perfectly displayed for the POS users in North America.
I use to display the lables using the function called ApplicationLocalizer.Language.Translate(TextId)
As you know that this funciton retrieves the values from the store DB table called "RetailLanguageText" table. This table in store DB has a corresponding table with same name in AX.
The problme here is that this funciton is returning the text called "?? missing string ??" even the RetailLanguateText table in both AX and store DB is filled with values that too only for EU users.
Would you please let me know what could be gone wrong in the setup or POS code ?
Kindly address this problem asap. Quick response will be deeply appreicated.
Note: Some of the European users are getting lablels in English culture instead of Dutch language. These groupd of users are getting all the lables displayed perfectly in English.
