No inventory hold on item but unable to receive due to inventory hold

Hi Experts,

On item we removed the inventory hold on the item yet i am still unable to receive following the standard receiving process.

Please advise.

    Can you please check purchase hold as well. Also screenshots would help. Any errors you are getting?

    Hi,

    I do not recieve error message. procedure is to navigate to site, to a released product, and then site specific order settings. On the "inventory" tab there is a button for "stopped". When I uncheck this box I expect the item to come off inventory hold, instead i still get a warning in the handheld that the item is on inventory hold.

    Hi ENEN,

    Is that issue possibly related to your handheld, which is not immediately updated with the changes that have been made to the item in AX?

    Have you tried restarting/reconnecting the handheld to get the data refreshed there?

    Hi,

    Here's the screen shot of the error i received

    What seemed to solve the issue was to check/uncheck the parameter and also save the setting using Ctrl+S in that case.

    But when i try to other item the error still exists.

    Hi Enen,

    Can you review if you have multiple site specific settings (site and warehouse) for this item? Also check what happens in you unblock Purchase transactions as well (if it is on hold). This has also been mentioned above by Satish. If it then works, the error message is misleading. You mentioned that you were completing a receive process, so it might need a removal from on hold on the purchase .
