SMS Not Sending

I am having an issue with SMS sending when they are in a journey. It will send to my phone as a test SMS, but as soon as it is in a journey, it will not send, and it's undelivered. Any ideas on how I can fix this?

    Hi,
     
    First, make sure your time zone is adjusted correctly and the journey has begun.
    After the journey has begun, members in the segment may wait one to two hours before action is taken.
     
    Secondly, are you able to see the reasons for failure?
     
    If you are unable to send in real-time marketing, we suggest you try creating a journey send in outbound marketing.
