Intercompany balance sheet not balanced

I have several different entities, and 2 of them have balance sheets that don't balance. They are off the same amount, nbut one entity is assets > L&E, and the other is asset < L&E. The due to/due froms agree, and my consolidated balance sheet balances. Whats the best way to investigate the issue?
