IL Repack latest is merging files dlls to one dll successfully but failed to load the mmerged dlls.
We have applied almost all solutions but it not works. We are working on PayPal Payment Integration with D365.

First - ilmerge is not recommended way to be used with plugins.
Second - try to offload work from plugins to AzureFunctions - you will have no need to use ilmerge to use any kind of libraries there.
There are some Microsoft Built in dlls for example Microsoft.Dynamics.Retail.Diagnostics.dll &
Microsoft.Dynamics.Retail.PaymentSDK.Portable.dll.
Can we Offload work from above mentioned dlls to AzureFunctions?
Secondly can we built a single dll from AzureFunctions?
Please share a link related to AzureFunctions deployment.

You can use any assemblies required in the code of AzureFunctions.
I'm not sure what is the point of building "single dll" - there is no limitations on how many assemblies you need in AF - use any number that you need.

To make deployment Clean.We want to use on dll which should be embedded by all other dlls, but apparently no solution found.
