Can someone help me, Where to look for the problem?

Get this error code in the Eventviewer.

Server instance: NST71GWPLive

which nav object did you publish?

did you customize it, did you publish a new nav object?

what is the client app, a c# windows/web app? did you debug?

This error appears in the windows eventviewer, and it happens when -

People are 'planning' - resources for a WorkOrder and sometimes changes from one resource to an other.

There is no Pin pointing on which moment the error appears in eventviewer.

which client does this error produce: windows/web/tablet client or an external app ?

from the log i would say the web client or an external web app.

was the calling page customized ?

I am sorry, but i have to guess on this, as it looks like it is looking for a resource and the resource does not exist on the system while processing and it is throwing that error.

It is an external app - called GWP - Grafical WorkOrder Planner;

The log is from that program.

The NAV2013R2 version.

for the given filter settings there is no result (no work orders, ...):

DEBUG in Communication(thr8): 2015-10-22 11:14:12.8552 sub result: 0 work orders received

ERROR in Communication(thr12): 2015-10-22 11:14:14.7537 Fatal error in LoadItemsFromSourceAndDetectChanges:

could be a bug in that app.
