Warehouse management app does not connect when using username/password authentication method.

Greetings! 

I've ran into a problem, when trying to connect WHM app to D365 on premise version. 

Th problem is that, when I use username and password connection for D365 Warehouse management app, the following error appears: ''We can' t connect to the service you need right now. Check your network connection or try this again later.''

What are the possible causes of this error , and what are the troubleshooting steps.

If I use device code authentication method, it works as expected, and I am able to connect to WH app.
This error seems to appear only while I'm using the username and password set up.




Any help would be highly appreciated!
