We currently use HubSpot for all of our outbound/inbound marketing efforts, but there is a desire internally to migrate everything to 365 as this is where sales operates. I'm struggling to find a key piece of functionality in the 365 environment that has become essential to all of our nurture engagement - Custom Javascript Event API. (HubSpot's equivalent is here)
We use this to track all activity by a contact, lead or customer that may not necessarily have a unique URL attached to it - partly completed forms / onboarding, in-portal activity within a membership area etc. Does 365 offer this or some other similar mechanism to track specific behaviour more in-depth than simply pageviews or downloads?
Thanks
Hi Mitch-11,
unfortunately, we don’t have the custom event support in Marketing as of now

Hi,
Thanks for your question. At the moment, we don't yet have that functionality to support custom events. There may be alternative workarounds (the use of CDS APis, data loaded into CI, using Redirect URLs, etc) that can work for this.
