Hi Friends,
we facing issue while performing ledger settlement and error says :settled transactions cannot be included for settlement .under settlement form we filtered out settled transactions already and the marked transaction are only with Not Settled status.
any idea or has any one faced similar issue before ?.

Which version are you in?
Looks like you are trying to mark for settlement which is already settled?
Can you please share full screen shot of marked transactions?

Current version is 10.0.21 Platform Update45 & No recent update. it was happened suddenly and only for one entity ( as per now).

here it is like a said user used correct filter so there were no lines with the status other than Not Settled.
Can you change the filter to today's date and do this process and let us know?

Is the "Date settled" or "Settlement ID" field value of your rows with status "Not Settled" full or something?
Please try the below suggestion:
Go to General ledger> Periodic tasks> Ledger settlements
Set the status to "Settled" and click Display transactions
Verify the next vouchers
Select and unmark the transactions you do not want to include in the Settlement or Settlement Reversal processes
Also try the below:
Enable feature “Advanced ledger settlement: Settlement and
reverse settlement changes”
