    Hi Ahmed

Unfortunately there is no one thing that you can do to reverse inventory lines, it depends on what they are,

I would suggest that you start by running the "Phys. Inventory Journal", Actions, Functions, Calculate inventory

    Specify only that item

Then set the Counted Qty to zero and post the journal

This would normally sort out the inventory however not in all cases so see if it does the trick

    Hi Ahmed

If you go to the item card for that item,

Firstly on the item card does the inventory show up as zero?

Click on the inventory amount and the system will show you any open lines against the item, what does it show?

    Cheers
