Task Recorder Screenshot not showing

Hi All,

In D365 F&O , In task recorder , after downloading the doc file, the screenshots are not showing.

What setups required to do so that the screenshots will also come in doc file.

Hi @GB-02050637-0,

I moved your post to the right forum.

When you stop the recorder and save as word you should see the steps described.

Could you tell us what you are saving the recording as?

Hi Gopal,

Could you please review whether the Capture Screenshot option was enabled while running the task recorder. Are you using Chrome or Edge?

I checked, but I do not find the "Capture Screenshot option" after stopping the task recording.

Please let me know what I shall do for this.

Q-When you stop the recorder and save as word you should see the steps described.

A- Yes. When I stopped the recorder and save as word file, the steps are described.

Q-Could you tell us what you are saving the recording as?

A- When I saved the word file and open it, I found the steps only, not the screenshots. I also checked that "Capture Screenshot option" is not showing when I started task recording.

Please let me know what I shall do for this.
