we use dynamics CRM and integrate somewhat into teams with average results.
more critically we use a the yammer integration much more successfully to effectively post sales call report and opportunity discussions throughout the whole company. These threads then remain attached to the dynamics organisation/opportunities.
unfortunately it seems we are only able to add the link to dynamics in yammer in the web app. Is there any way anyone knows of to raise a linked Yammer post from Dynamics or link a dynamics thread (both ways) to a yammer post.
