Hi,
we usually use Delivery Schedule in SalesOrders. The system split Sales Line in multiple lines. One is the total and the others are the delivery lines itself. We need to make a customization but I cannot see how the system group the parent Line and the child lines. Any Idea?
thank you
I have not looked at this recently, but have you tried taking a trace and reviewing the salesline SQL inserts to see the relationships?
I dig into DB names and I found SalesDeliverySchedule table. This is where AX makes the relationship. the field is SalesLine.InventTransId. In the other side SalesDeliverySchedule.OrderLine contains this reference (InventTransid) and it is possible to get all delivery lines (Parent and childs). If it is a sales line with no schedule then it is simple.
Sometimes a few holidays days bring us the answer :D (In my case I was brushing my teeth :D)
Thanks
