Timezone issue in Resource Scheduling

Hi,

Our client is facing an issue where, when a Scheduling Manager schedules a booking, an email is sent to the contact  timings of the booking. However, both are in different time zones, causing the timings in the emails to mismatch due to time zone differences. Is there any way to resolve this issue, perhaps through customization in Dynamics 365?
