Why none of legal entities is present in depreciation proposal

In the past, the legal entities were present for us to choose in the depreciation proposal.

Suddenly, there is no legal entities present in the depreciation proposal. Then, i fail to create depreciation journal anymore. Please advise what wrong it is.
