03/05/2023 Confirmed temporary fix steps are as follows (update to follow from MS):
Step 1:
Go to Advanced Settings
Step 2:
Go to Settings > customizations > Customize the system.
Step 3:
Go to web resources, add a custom filter on the Display Name and search for "ApprovalEntriesDataContext". It will show up this file.
Step 4:
Double click on the name and it will open up the below window. Here, you can make use of Text Editor to edit the web resource.
Step 5:
On opening the text editor, below screen pops up. Here you just need to edit the msdyn_expensereceiptId to msdyn_expensereceiptid. Click OK and publish all customizations.
Refresh the system and the changes should start reflecting. The user should now be able to see the receipt from the button clcik.
Follow steps in the question posed. Hopefully, this will be patched shortly.
