Finding it impossible to contact Microsoft partner source support

I have tried 4 times to log an Operation support call. Each time I get an unexpected error with Silver light. When I try the phone line 08082342456 I am told I need a mailbox number. Can anybody help?

you have option to create a written Support Request, if you have access to PartnerSource or CustomerSource, Here is the link

Have you tried through LCS? You have an issue search then the ability to log a call - I thought that was the way MS wanted you to do it now?

I agree with Mr. Weaver. I don't think you can log a support request thru Partner Source any longer. I've tried and haven't been successful either. MSFT wants these entered in LCS.
