I am using Dynamics 365 Online , the Dynamics Outlook App and Microsoft Exchange On Premise.
The issue i have is that i have instances where i have contacts or accounts that have the same email address.
When i sent an email to an email account with multiple users in Dynamics am able to use the following setting to make sure the To email is not resolved to a specific record. :-
Set To, cc,bcc fields as unresolved values if multiple matches are found in incoming Emails to YES
However when a receive a response to the email or receive an email from an email address that is linked to multiple contacts i do not get the choice to change the from contact. It Just resolves . This is a pain, any ideas on how i can work around this problem? (apart from making sure email addresses are not shared)
