Issue Detail:
We are having time zone independent fields on Booking entity: Start Date End Date
After schedule booking on schedule board, we can see correct time on Schedule board time slots.
But when we move cursor on Booking, the hover is not showing correct time as we have booked.
It is showing the time by converting original booking time to local machine time zone.
Please refer screenshot for more information.

Hello moko33,
Yes schedule board timezone and my user timezone in personal setting both are same.
But in Schedule board timeslot hover its showing time by converting it to your machine Time zone (Tooltip view as shown in screenshot).
Example:
Booking time is 10AM UTC
And we both have same personal setting as UTC timezone
then If you are from EST(Your machine location) and trying to check on hover of this booking, it will show you 6AM
and for me as I am working in IST(my machine location) timezone it will show me 3:30PM
This should not happen.
Based on my knowledge this is not unsupported way as we are just changing behavior of date field as it is allowed in field setting, not writing unsupported code on it.
Or not changing any existing microsoft code to achieve our functionality.
This should work like if Booking time is 10AM then it should show the same in Hover 10AM.

If you change the booking date to be TZ-independent, every user in a different time zone - even on the mobile app - would see wrong values, don't you agree?
We are not facing any issue like this.
Every user can see the same time as we have for booking on above example 10AM.
Every user able to see same 10AM time even they are having different timezone, as we have set that field timezone independent.
By timezone independent behavior - User's Personal Timezone setting doesnt matter.
It is only hover thats where we are having issue.
We are good with all except this Hover.
Only hover is showing wrong time, elsewhere we are not getting any issue.

What irritates me is that in Schedule Board the Booking tile spans the same time that was provided in your booking. So the SB timezone setting is the same as if it would be time zone independent? And on the other hand the Popup which somehow should reflect the same time zone settings as those for Schdule Board, shows something different...(?)
Is the Schedule Boards time zone different to the one in your personal settings? Maybe thats one of the points to consider.
But also I agree with Alexander that I would not change the default time zone dependency on any of those fields that are heavily used for automatic calculations.

We had requirement to display same time on Schedule board bookings for every region/territory users.
So we made this field's behavior as Timezone Independent.
If you believe this is unsupported, Can you please help to share any document/contents or site which states that this is unsupported customization?

Yes we have raised ticket but they are not considering this issue as bug.
According to them, this is unsupported customization that we have changed date behavior as "Timezone Independent" from "User Local".
But I don't find any document or words on internet which states that changing Date Time field behavior is unsupported customization.
Like if you agree.
I also think that this is a bug.
Community, please share your views if anyone else have faced same issue...
