Hi everyone,
I am facing an issue while logging into a D365 F&O OneBox environment. It was working fine before, but after restoring the database from UAT, I started getting a login error.
After the DB restore, I completed the following steps:
Even after this, I am still unable to log in.
Here are the environment versions:
OneBox version
UAT version
Could the version mismatch between OneBox and UAT be the reason for this issue, or could there be some other cause I should check?
I have also attached screenshots of the error. PS: Old database is USMF DB and In query result SS botton one is USMF DB (OLD) and top one is NEW one
