Description of error: I was deploying new code to the Sandbox when the below error popped, and now I cannot even open normal BC webclient since the page is loading(light green/blue circle is displayed), after some time same error as seen below is displayed.

    Hi,

just restarted my Google Chrome at it works, now.

Not sure if Chrome was the issue, but it works again as expected.

    Thanks

Glad it did work out for you. Sometimes clearing the browser cache may also work. In Admin portal, there is a way you can disconnect a user's session.

    Hope it helps.

    Thank you.

Sometimes it can be necessary to restart your sandbox or your production enviornment.

This blog post explains how you can do that.
