Hello,

Im not able to add unit price for a sales order line, however i can add net amont, is there any setting for this? i checked with my technical and findings are that there are no cutomizations.

Hi Naveen,

Do you experience this issue for a specific product that you sell only and are things working fine if you select a different product?

Have you also checked if you see this issue in a new sales order and for a different customer?

I do not think that there is something blocking the "SalesPrice" field at runtime on the "SalesTable" form. Which form are you using to edit the sales order details?

Can you check if you are allowed this field in the table browser for the SalesLine table? If yes, I think there is some customization blocking editing this value.

Hello,

Does same behavior occur for all users as this may be due to grid personalization and the check box edit contents being un-checked.

Hello,

the issue was that the prices tab was not setup in the Accounts receivebales parameters, after adding all, im able to add the unit price, Add all the options in the below screenshot
