Unable to add new user in Management reporter

Hi Experts,

I am trying to add a new user in the Management reporter, but when I hit the new user button I got the below error message. Could you please guide me how to resolve this issue?

Hi Frank,

You can download the MR Integration Guide for Dynamics AX where you can verify if the users do have the correct roles assigned. It also mentions which privilege is used for what role in Management Reporter.

If this is setup correctly, then verify if the MR license is installed correctly. If there are no having correct license details, then MR is running in a demo mode with a maximum of 5 users.

Can you tell us what roles user assigned with? Did you tried with data mart reset? if not, reset the data mart and try.

The specific user is already available in AX with enough access permission but still I got the same error message.

Hi Frank,

Management reporter checks users in AX. If you create the user in AX it will reflect in Management reporter.

Have you created the same user in Ax first ?
