We have 3 environments, for Dynamics CRM ,
dev.test and prod.
 
dev and test are SAND BOX  environments.
 
I would like to ask, do we need a license for the sandbox environment User license?
 
or the license it's only for production?
 
and what licenses do we need  Microsoft 365 E3?
list of license will be helpful for me

    Hi There,
     
    Yes, user license are required for both dev and test environment.
     
    Depending on the application you're using Sales, customer service etc. you will need to have corresponding license:
     
    • Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise, Professional or a Premium License
    • Dynamics 365 Customer Service Enterprise, Professional or a Premium License
