Picture in the body of incoming Emails no displaying

When tracking an email into CRM, any picture in the body of the email is not displayed. It merely shows this as the name of the picture. However, I have seen this display correctly on another CRM/tenant. 

Is there any setting I need to do / Is this browser related?

    Hi Francisco,

    This is not related to a specific picture. I have seen this on a number of tenants (our own one) as well as customers. Feels like the only way to progress is to log a support call with Microsoft to see if the problem can be diagnosed. I cannot imagine this is 'by design' so it might be some setup that we can change.

    It might be related with the image file actually.

    Do you happen to have a specific image that always replicates the problem ?

    This does seem, as you say, to be the same thing. However the article is dated 2016!  and it also says this is by design. I was hoping to find something that says Microsoft has now been moved on since then and made inline picture display possible.

    We are online using Server Side Sync. Can the problem lie in the sync setup/Exchange and therefore outside CRM?

    Are you using CRM Online or Onpremises ? Also what synchronization method are you using ?
