Attach an email Template in Email when the email form is opened

Hi All,

I have a button on the Case Entity form which should open an email form with email template and the email template should have the dynamic values from case.

Email template is created with few dynamic parameters. I am able to load the email template when i open the email form, but the contents of email Template are not displayed completely, also the dynamic values doesn't get populated in email template.

Is there any way we can achieve this ?

Hi Harshitha K,

When you insert template in the email:

1.The 'Regarding' column should be populated with the case record.

2.The type of the email template should be 'Case':

Then you can select these template:

Result:

Hi Leah,

Thanks for the response .

I am trying to automatically populate email template via jscript where the email template needs to be added in the description of email .
I am able to do this but the contents of email template are not completely displayed and the dynamic text also is not getting populated.
