GDAP - Multiple Country Environments - restrict access

Our prospective client has multiple Business Central Environments for different countries in the same Tenant.  They want to engage us for their UK implementation but are concerned that we through GDAP can access all countries.  We have not encountered this before and want to understand if our access can be restricted through GDAP to just the one UK Environment - such that we cannot access the other countries?
