Insight Cards and Support Roles

I am planning to enable assistant  but I noticed during testing that insight cards only notify the user if they are the opportunity owner. Our organization sometimes includes 2 support people on an opportunity. If a user is included in the "Support" or "Support 2" field on an opportunity, they do not receive insight cards within the assistant. Is there a way to push insight cards to the opportunity owner, support and support 2?

    Hi,

this description sounds like you are referring to another product than Dynamics 365 Customer Insights. If you're question is about Dynamics 365 Sales or Dynamics 365 Sales Insights, then please redirect your question in their forum: Dynamics 365 Sales - Forums, Blogs, Support

    Best regards,
