Real-time service failed issue while setup store commerce

I am facing this issue while setting up the Store commerce on development environment. I am trying to connect it with dev environment Retail server. But when I enter server URL and trying to connect, it gives me the real time service issue as shown.
 
  1. I have tried to reset IIS using command prompt.
  2. I have tried to restart Retail Server, VM also.
 
The error I am getting on event viewer is as follows:
