Hi,

I am not able to see Customer Service workspace or Omnichannel for Customer Service options in https://make.powerapps.com/

Note: I am currenly on D365 trail version

Please help. I need this for some hands-on experience.

Are you a system administrator or a user? If you are a user, please ask your system administrator to assign you a customer service license. If you are a system administrator, please purchase a customer service license.
