Hi John Perry ,
You will not get this detail in any existing standard report where you can filter by property group. No such column also available in any report which can show you property group of every fixed assets.
Alternatively you have two choices; any one you can apply to get the result.
1) Add new column as 'Property Group': - You can add a new column through customization in any standard report to display this. For example; you may add this in 'Fixed assets balance' report which will give you detail starting from acquisition date to net book value of the asset. In addition to that, you can see the property group of the assets in the same report if you add a column there. Only you have to fetch the data in this new column from 'Property group' field as available in 'Fixed assets' form as shown below.

OR
2) Use excel add-ins: - I think this is the best option. If you opt this, then no need for any customization. You have to do the following in this context;
--- Go to 'Fixed assets' form and make sure that property group is already available for fixed assets.
--- You have to generate the data from Open in excel as shown below.
--- Once you click on 'Enable editing' in that excel, system will generate FA master related data as available in system. You can also remove all these data from excel and start from designing on your own.
--- Click on 'Design'. Then you have to click on '+Add table'. Select entity data source as 'Fixed assets' and click on 'Next'.
--- You can then select fields from the available fields area. Here you will find 'Property group' option. For example; I have selected below fields to generate data in this excel.

--- Click on 'Done'. Once clicked, you will get one more popup. Just click on 'Yes'.

--- Once you click on 'Yes'; system will generate the selected fields as headers in this excel sheet. You have to further click on 'Refresh' to get the data generated in each of these columns you selected.

Point to be noted: - If you have multiple legal entities, then all entity data will be generated in this excel. You have to filter the data as suitable with you.
Also, you can save this excel template in desktop and no need to generate everytime. If you add new fixed assets, then just simply open the saved template and click on 'Refresh'. Your datasheet will be updated automatically.
Kindly test from your end and update in this forum.
