Hi,
I need to be able to change the completed on date of work orders due to internal reasons. I know there is an automatic process that sets the work order completed date to the date, when the booking is completed.
However, sometimes a follow up booking needs to be created, or technicians forget to complete the booking.
Is it possible for particular security roles, to change the completed on date? If so, what would be the settings for that?
