Hello,

I am new at using D365 for Talent and am looking for a funcitonality to gather applicant skills to perform gap analysis with openings.

How is this doable ?

Where can we find Analytics on KPI's such as time to fill etc ... in Talent ?

What my customer would like to have is web page where applicants can fill in data that is relevant to their experience and that we can query on while recruiting.

Attract will be able to capture that kind of information (skills, experience, etc.) as part of a talent pool and candidate profile. We are working on these features.
