Hi,
I'm trying to create service order with Ax2012 Enterprise Portal and facing some problem.
After I enter all the proj Id and mandatory field, the Service Order seems to work fine until I Save & Close the form.
But when I go to Service Listing, it show no sign of the just created Order. (I'm able to create Service Order with Ax Client and view in EP)
I went to check in Table data, Service Order created from EP was inserted with a field marked IncomingWebOrder=Yes.
I able to view the Service Order after I manually change the Field to No in Table.
Any idea what did I miss out in the setup that Listing will not show EP's service order?

Thanks Darshan. This worked!
Service orders created in the Enterprise Portal will appear here in the AX Client:
/Service management/Common/Service orders/Web service orders
On the web service orders page: Click -> Dispatch/Maintain/Transfer
After the above step the Service orders created through EP will appear everywhere - In EP as well as AX Client.
Hope this helps!

We think it could be a bug and our developer hard coded it in the Table level when insert
Hi!
We are also stuck in the same scenario.
Did you finally resolve this issue?
Would appreciate some help!
