Picking ticket prints all lines even if they are at 0

Posted on by 14
Hello when we print a picking ticket, it prints all lines even if the QTY to INV is at 0, is there a setting to make it print only lines with quantity.

thanks

thanks for your answer, I should have mentioned before we have 2 different companies, and the issue is only one of the companies, so after testing I found out the rule where items 0 INV comes from the report, so we will export that report to the other company.

Are you assigned a modified picking ticket?  If so, see if the behavior is the same with an unmodified picking ticket.

[If Devon or my response don't resolve your issue, please include your GP version and which picking ticket format you are printing.  You can see this identified in the Screen Output header.]

hmmm... are you using Orders?  by default on Orders, GP only prints picking ticket if the Qty Allocated >0 (similar to the Qty to Invoice, generally - you can see this on the (i) window - look for this button on the line header by Item number)

there is a setting when printing to FORCE it to print backorder items... perhaps something is changing that setting??  See the second from the bottom -- Print Back Ordered Items.
