Update to 9.0 - Can't close Quotes or Opportunities

Hello,

Last night we received the 9.0 update in our production environment. Users are reporting they cannot close quotes/Opportunities. When trying to close the Quote they receive the below loading screen. This doesn't resolve after more than a 20 minute wait. Upon a refresh, the record is still open. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

We are having the same issue here. Created a ticket with support but no response yet. Error log is showing: Resource not found for the segment 'WinOpportunity'.

Nathan, I just got off a call with a tech from Microsoft. He's fairly stumped. We walked through several fixes and none of them took. Hopefully they figure out the bug. Of note: we found a Microsoft script failing so I think this on their end.

Thanks Toni. I was just informed by my IT Director that he was able to reach someone this morning. His notes below:

I was on the phone with them for about 45 minutes this morning.

No solution. They’re supposed to be getting back in touch after doing some research.

What version are you on exactly? We are on Version 1612 (9.0.2.192) (DB 9.0.2.192) online

We are having the same exact issue. Can't close quotes or opps, can't qualify leads, can't revise an active quote, can't create a quote from the + on the quote subgrid on an opportunity. Opened a support ticket yesterday with no response from MS.

Well I'm comforted to know there are multiple people dealing with this, since that means Microsoft will address it more quickly. I submitted a ticket via the Office 365 help center and got a quicker response. Perhaps try that.

It is still not resolved, my ticket is being worked on is all they will tell me at this point.

Hi Toni,

Try to check if exists some one registred plugins on Opportunity Close Message

If exists, just for test, try to disable it and, after disabled, try to close opportunity. If works, I recommend you to review the code of this plugin. Mabe, some not supported code exists inside that plugin.

It is important to reactivate the plugin after this test.

If there is no plugins, I have to know if the dynamics CRm was installed On-Premises or On-line?

Microsoft walked me through those steps. It didn't fix the issue. We're online.

Hi Toni,

I had a similar issue that got fixed after an AppPool recycle done by MS in the backend. It fixed the Resource Not Found errors. So maybe it fixes your problem as well.
