Free Text Invoice - Notes or Headings?

Hello,

I am new to Dynamics 365, and will be using the Free Text Invoice feature to generate and post invoices.

One thing that I would really like is the ability to include a custom notes or headers on an invoice to keep the line items clean and uncluttered. For example, if on top of the invoice I could put "For services rendered for event name on such and such date" that would be great. It would also be nice if I could break up the line items with some subheaders, too.

Is any of this at all possible to set up, or do I have to put everything in the item descriptions?

Also, you can repurpose some existing fields.

Free Text Invoice as its description says, it is free text.

You can enter the description at each line you are adding

Then you have line details, and you can have reason codes pre-et

Then you have the option of entering the notes and attaching doc. @Header level

You also have the option of adding notes and attachments per line
