Document repository in CRM for different Users using Knowledge Article

Hello CRM Community

I am new in CRM and have to do a task with the following requirement. Please help me as early as possible.

If a user uploads a document with 4 translated versions (English, German, Italian, French) in an Article. Where should these documents should be stored, so that later on these documents may be sent to the respective users (English, German, Italian, French). How can I manage for each document to be sent to the respective user (in a separate table, file etc). What kind of information should I store for the user, using which I would be able to send the relevant document later on (Email address or something else).
