Hello, 

There is my problem:

When i do Report as finished by putting Flushing principle in Automatic BOM consumption.

FYI : Item in the BOM has Finish in Flushing principle.

I got this message : item number  has not been completely released.

I need help.

    Hi youssef.

    Go on your current works order - click View Tab - Picking list (new form will open) see if there's any open picking lists to be posted. You need to make sure you consume/complete your materials prior RAF. One of the reasons why you are getting this error.

    If you are unsure if you consumed all materials or not, on the same form select from top action pane Picking list drop down menu - Create lines with proposal - Remaining Quantity and post the journal. 

    As well check if you marked all your operations as completed.

    Once all checked and posted, there shouldn't be an issue for you to RAF your works order.

    The goal for me is to have DAF validate using Finish in Flushing principle in BOM

    Right. But you must already have an open picking list when you do the RaF - this is why you get the error. How have you got flushing set when you start the production order? Is AX creating a picking list when you do the Start?

    If everything is how you want it to be, because may be your item consumption varies, you could tick the 'accept error' check box to force it through.

    It is however a great control for checking that you items are consumed.

    Thank you for your response.

    The flushing set is Finish. it doesn't work when i do RAF.

    Normally By putting Finish In Flushing principle in the BOM, the picking list should be created automatically when i d RAF , is not it ?

    You also need to select Flushing Principle from General Tab of RAF when you do RAF.

    Did you get this resolved? What are your start and RAF value set to? I am having the same issue. 

    BOM items are set to finish, and the RAF is automatic consumption. All BOM lines are in picked InventTrans status. RAF should create and post a picking list to change the BOM InventTrans to Deduced.
