Hello everyone,
I have a question regarding Talent Pools in Attract. If a candidate's record sits under more than one pools (ex. Pool A - Pool B) the results (search bar) don't show in which pools the candidate belongs to.
For example we have a pool which we call "Black Book" meaning we are storing there candidates that we really never want to invite for an interview again. Now, when searching for a name, it would be very useful to know if the candidate belong to this talent pool or any other pool-pools.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Maria
HI Maria,
As in line with the response from Malin, this does niet exist yet.
The work around is the visibility on the filters.. So if you are searching for a candidate in the talent pools, in the filters all the assigned talent pools will be visible.
So in my example below, Jan is only part of 1 talent pool:
If he would be part of 2 talent pools, you would see 2 filter options:
If it doesn't exist and you need it, I suggest you add it to the Ideas list: experience.dynamics.com/.../
This is a great idea!
