Cannot delete Asset error massage "Cannot delete installations which are expired"

Dear all,

i want to delete new asset on asset management module, but i get error warning /Cannot delete installations which are expired/ .I'm confused about where the error is, because the status of this asset is new and there have been no transactions

can some on have advise?

Can you check this field ? try to delete the value if exist and then try to re delete it

Hi,
You can check the installation records associated with the asset to see if there are any installations with a status showing as expired. I've tried changing the current lifecycle state, but it doesn't seem to have anything to do with it. And as Mohamed mentioned, you can leave the expiration date blank to make sure it doesn't expire. Save the changes to the installation record and try deleting the asset again.
