I'm trying to apply a quality update in Dev environment, but it fails in step #9
 
Backup script for service model: Reporting Service on machine: ###
 
Any hint?

    The issue was related to Report Server DB, it had a recovery pending status, I fixed it and now the update is running. I followed this link
