Excel Nav Add-in Dynamics Nav 2016 not working

Good day you all!

I've a problem. I've installed the excel add in for dynamics nav 2016.

When I try to refresh the data i'm not able to click the refresh button. It's Grey tinted.

I've uninstalled en reinstalled the plugin.

Any ideas?
