Social Posts - cannot create because Channel field not working

Hi folks,

I'm trying to create a social post using Dynamics 365 for Marketing.  I cannot seem to get the channel active, anyone got any thoughts?

    Hi Ian,

    Have you tried to reauthorize these accounts?  I notice that the LinkedIn account is also showing as expired, so that might be one of the issues.  Also, do you own these accounts?  And are you an admin on the Marketing instance?  Have you setup Facebook pages to post to from this account?

    A few things to think about, so let us know.

    Hi Megan,

    I got my colleague to go through exactly the same process that I did, we both have the same permissions, access to the same Facebook LinkedIn, Twitter accounts, etc.  When she ran the process the channels implemented as active.  When I reran the process they were implemented as Inactive, even if I tried to reauthorise.  Bizarre.

    OK, found the answer, its a browser issue.

    In Edge channels created are set to Inactive.  In Chrome they are set to Active.

    Hmmmm…..
