Hello
Context: CRM 365 on-premises v. 9.0 UCI interface.
Example: i make a quick search with "TEST"string in quote section and CRM returns to me 10 quotes. Very well. I open the first but I see this is not the quote I was looking for.
So I click back on my browser to go back to my results.... but my quick search results are lost.... I must redo the quick search.
Same thing if I use view filters.
The only method is: when I open the first quote I must use the following button arrow in the functions bar on the top left:
this button permits to shows the last results of my search... It can be useful... but if I do some filters and I must change them?
Is there another approach to mantain quick search results and go back to the relative view?
Thank you very much
Matteo
Ok thank you very much Leah for all!
Hi Veggia,
The previous version I was in was 2021 Release Wave 1.
In fact, i can go back filtered view through clicking 'Accounts' in web client CRM 365 on-premises.
Only the CRM 365 on-premises v. 9.0 UCI interface is special, maybe you can open the ticket with Microsoft and ask for support.

Hi Leah
Is not a good limitation. To have the button you described before I must have CRM 365 online / cloud? Which version?
Do you know if there will be a patch to change this limitation in on-premises version?
Matteo
Hi Veggia,
Sorry, the previous version I was in was On-line.
Now, I have changed to CRM 365 on-premises v. 9.0 UCI interface, the situation is indeed as you described.
Record view navigation feature will render the list view you were in before opening the current record, so you can view filtered results when you click the button.
It seems to be a limitation of the current version that there is no way to quickly return to the previous filtered view.
Whether you click ‘Quick Find... ’or 'Accounts' of navigation bar, you will return default view not filtered view, which is by-design.

Hi Leah
thank you for the response.
I don't have that button you indicate. I've instead the button which is indicated in my post.
if I click I get a summary about last view results... but I cannot back to my filtered view.
What version are using about CRM 365? On-premises? 9.1?
Matteo
Hi Veggia,
From your description, “So I click back on my browser to go back to my results”, so you click back button in the bar of the browser?
Maybe you can click 'Go Back' button in the command bar of the app.
After clicking it, it will return search results view:
