AX2012 R3CU11 : Can't update Named User License Counts report by batch job

When Batch Job : Named User License Counts has finished (Status : Ended ) and I have checked by run Named User License Counts report but the report did not update to the current information. I'm not sure this is bug or not. Please advise.

    Hello Tanyaboon,

    Based on your screenshots the Result Valid Date is set to 31/03/2017. When you are running the report make sure to change the date to todays date. This is the Date for Named User License User Count. The steps should be run the batch job, then go to System administration > Reports > Licensing > Named User License Count. Change date to todays date, click ok.

    I have already set the date to present but the report still not update.

    I'm not sure this is bug on AX2012 R3CU11. I found a problem just R3 CU11.

    But R3 original, There are no problem.

    I can solved this problem by run job : GenUserLicReportAutoByBatch on AOT and then this job will show on batch job. This is work. Thank you guys for sharing.

    Hello Tanyaboon,

    There are a couple hotfixes you can download from LCS that might help. These hotfixes are related to Named user license count, and for AX 2012 R3 CU11. They don't specifically describe your problem, but it might be worth the try. KB3123058 The "Named User License Counts" report does not show data in all companies & KB3157250 The "Named user license counts" report empty if an unfinished record is left in the SysUserLicenseMinerJobRun table.
