We were you using a third part email service for our Purchase Order workflow email notification of Share point 2010 with GP 2010.
But now we are using Microsoft Exchange email service and he we are facing issue to configure share point 2010 using Microsoft Exchange Email or simply just gmail.
Anyone can help to resolve this
My recommendation would be to upgrade from Dynamics GP 2010 as support for it ends this October 13, 2020 and move to at least Dynamics GP 2013 R2 if not the Dynamics GP 2018 or Dynamics GP / 18.2.xxxx versions of the GP application, all of which use the new Workflow 2.0 functionality we've replaced Business Portal and the Workflow on SharePoint applications with, and that also can use Exchange Online SMTP/email functionality to send emails to approvers and other Workflow users.
Workflow on SharePoint, for Dynamics GP 2010, was never tested to use Exchange Online email work with it and we wouldn't have done any testing of GMAIL either, so we wouldn't be able to assist with either of those.
Maybe there's some others that will see this forum and be able to provide additional information.............
