Hi,
Can anyone help me by providing a checklist of all the basic master's module wise which I need to upload before going live in with nav.

search for "Application Setup" in NAV.
There you will find all basic setup to be configured.
Best is to do this together with your NAV-partner. Depended on the modules you are using in NAV (and how do you use them), the setup is different.
You can export excel templates of all master data using the Rapid Start Service in Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
