Documentation for Microsoft.Dynamics.AX.Framework.FileManagement.SharePointDocumentStorageProvider

I've seen this class referenced in multiple blog posts (d365dev.com, dynamicsax4u.com, allaboutdynamic.com) and forum threads (resolved upload issueissues with connections, similar request for guidance), but can't seem to find any documentation for it. Given the last two forum posts haven't been resolved, this may be optimistic, but does anyone know whether the class is still supported?  There's some appeal to doing this through Power Automate rather than D365F&O extension/custom development, but I'd like to evaluate all options if possible.

Context: I'd like to write a batch process that generates letters (instances of document templates) & saves to SharePoint, whilst also saving a record of the letter in D365F&O tables.

I have the same question (0)

    Hi Rich,

The SharePointDocumentStorageProvider class still can be used to upload your file to sharepoint.

Have you considered using Document Management instead of coding?

Thanks Will. Do you know if the class is documented anywhere? Specifically, I'm wondering whether it has any capability to delete files in SharePoint.

Everything I've read about document management has felt more transactional than batch, and I haven't found any material suggesting that document template generation will play well with document management, but if there's anything available that will allow batch generation of document templates to attach documents to records as part of the generation process, that would be great. Thus far, the material I've found has leant towards Power Automate using F&O/SharePoint connectors.
