Hello all, thanks for your help in advance!

  1. I have created Marketing Email in the Dynamics Marketing App. I am using multiple hyperlinks - linked to image, button, text (insert link) etc.
  2. I have double checked that all links are enabled for tracking

3. I can see all my links in the Marketing Email 'Insights'

4. Now I am in the Customer Journey (Outbound Marketing), and I want to trigger specific actions based on user clicking on a specific link. But I cannot see all the links (I only see four of them, while I have seven links in the email) and not sure what am I missing here.

    Hi Manish86,

Which type of hyperlinks are not displayed in the dropdown, linked to image, button, text?

I test all these types, all of them can show.

    Hi Manish,

We have seen this for some customers as well - however, it's not all Marketing customers who are affected by this "bug".

I think there has been some sort of error in the latest release.

My only suggestion is to create a ticket at Microsoft.

    Hello Steve, Jonas,

thank you for having a look and your replies.

I have understood now what was happening. I am using multiple links but some of them are used more than once in the email. (For example, 'click here' and Image have the same hyperlink). I assumed that in the Customer Journey, I should be able to use a trigger based on 'link text' in the email. But it looks like it is based on the link itself.

So, in my case, I have 4 unique links, used at 7 places (text, button, images etc.) in the email. Hence, I see only 4 options in the Customer Journey.
